New Suburb Record in Curtin

Blackett Homes Sets Suburb Record with Japanese-Inspired Home.

Here at Blackett Homes, we don’t just build homes, we build lifestyles—and that is evident throughout every single room in our recently completed Curtin project. Our team are overjoyed with the finished result, creating a signature Blackett home that represents a piece of modern art and will remain an iconic home for years to come.

Selling prior to auction and breaking the Curtin suburb record, we’re extremely proud of the result—one that reflects all the hard work from everyone involved.

Each inch was built with careful consideration, which followed with a seamless connection from indoor living to outdoor entertaining. There is no denying that this bespoke home, complete with a hint of Japanese flair, is certainly a sight to behold.

We worked alongside our long-time business friends, Thursday Architecture and Sugar Designs, as well as many of our favourite local suppliers to ensure no detail of this home was overlooked.

With high ceilings, light-filled rooms, multiple living spaces and views of the garden from every room, there is oh-so-much to love about this home. Not to mention honourable nods to the Japanese-inspired details including curved feature walls, a striking entryway and finishes throughout the home—all completed with natural materials, including Wee Jasper Blue Stone and Thermally Modified Hemlock Timber.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to the selling agents, Jason Roses and Alysia Walsh from VERV Property, for their involvement in an incredible final sales result.
