This knockdown rebuild is a considered response to both site and lifestyle, replacing a poorly orientated, under-insulated home with a contemporary residence designed for year-round comfort and natural light. Guided by the owners' vision of creating a warm, sun-filled sanctuary, the home was carefully reoriented to maximise northern sunlight and strengthen the connection between indoor living and the surrounding landscape. Every detail has been thoughtfully resolved, from the refined architectural form and timeless material palette to the light-filled interiors that feel calm, sophisticated and effortlessly liveable.
