“When doing our knockdown/rebuild project, the best decision we made was to choose Blackett Property Group as our builder. Their professionalism and experience were evident from the start with their sales team, who took such care and time to explain the whole knockdown/rebuild process to us and answer our many questions. This professionalism and strong communication continued throughout the whole build until they handed us the keys to our beautiful home months ahead of schedule.

Our expectation was that the build would take 12 months to complete but from knockdown to handover of keys took a total of seven months, including Christmas shutdown. This was in large part due to the efficient project management (thanks, Kim) ensuring there was no downtime between the different phases of the build. All trades and supplies were lined up and ready to go as soon as the previous stage was completed.

Most of the subcontractors used by Blackett have worked with them for many years and the standard of the workmanship of the different trades was excellent. The site manager’s knowledge and attention to detail (thanks, Kelly) made sure everything ran smoothly on site and gave us confidence that everything was being carried out to a very high standard.

Thursday Architecture came up with a house design that we loved and Blackett made it a reality. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and we would highly recommend Blackett Property Group to others for their professionalism, integrity and quality.”
