As a general guide, most single-storey projects will take around 10 months, while two-storey projects take from 10 - 14 months. Your home build is a two-part process. The design stage is largely determined by how quickly you make decisions. Then, once we’ve agreed on the plan, the build stage is usually between 20 - 26 weeks. We will confirm the build time for your new home before you sign the contract, then we’ll hold ourselves contractually accountable to delivering on time.
